Tseng was the Second Son of a Second Son in the Kisaragi family, and he decided to try his luck with Shinra instead of staying in Wutai. At Shinra, he underwent the procedure to become a SOLIDER First Class, but instead of staying among their ranks, he was grabbed by the Turks, flourishing among their ranks. The violet glow of his eyes are hidden by contacts, and no one except those thought trustworthy enough know he is a SOLDIER First Class as well as Director of the Turks. He survived Sephiroth, and he survived the Remnants.
